Cindy Stacy, CPhT, began her journey in pharmacy by earning certification from the American Institute of Healthcare & Technology in 2010, followed by graduating with honors in Pharmacy Technology from Miami Dade College in 2014. With a passion for compounding pharmacy, Cindy has made significant strides in her career by specializing in creating tailored medications for hormone replacement therapy and skincare at a prominent pharmacy in Coral Gables.
In 2018, Cindy expanded her knowledge base through rigorous online coursework from the University of Florida’s School of Pharmacy, concentrating on advanced clinical practice and pharmacology. Her dedication to staying at the forefront of pharmacy practice is underscored by her active participation in the American Association of Pharmacy Technicians, where she engages in ongoing professional development and stays updated on industry trends.

John Brackney, Pharmacist
John Brackney, PharmD, graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy in 2008, where he developed a passion for clinical pharmacy and patient-centered care. Following graduation, he completed a residency program specializing in ambulatory care pharmacy at Johns Hopkins Hospital, solidifying his expertise in managing chronic diseases and medication therapy management.
John’s career spans over 15 years of dedicated service in various healthcare settings, including roles as a clinical pharmacist at a large urban hospital and as a pharmacy manager in a community pharmacy setting. He is highly skilled in optimizing medication regimens, conducting comprehensive medication reviews, and providing patient education on complex therapies.
In addition to his clinical practice, John is committed to advancing pharmacy education and research. He has authored several publications in peer-reviewed journals and has presented his research at national pharmacy conferences. John is an active member of the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) and serves on committees focused on improving medication safety and advancing pharmacy practice.

Nikole Stonecipher, Pharmacy Technician
Nikole Stonecipher began her career in pharmacy after earning her Pharmacy Technician Certification from the College of Pharmacy Technicians in 2012. She expanded her knowledge with specialized studies at the University of California, San Francisco, graduating in 2016 with a focus on pharmacology and pharmaceutical calculations.
Nikole’s expertise lies in sterile compounding, honed during her tenure at a prominent hospital pharmacy in San Francisco, where she managed complex medication regimens for critically ill patients. In 2019, she completed advanced oncology pharmacy courses at Stanford University, enhancing her skills in chemotherapy preparation and patient counseling.
Active in professional development, Nikole participates in the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) and regularly attends industry conferences to stay abreast of the latest advancements. Dylan Eimer, Pharmacy Technician
Dylan Eimer embarked on his pharmacy career by earning his Pharmacy Technician Certification from the Academy of Pharmacy Technicians in 2015. He continued his education at the University of Washington, specializing in clinical pharmacy and pharmacy administration, graduating in 2018 with honors.
Dylan has developed a strong foundation in hospital pharmacy practice, gaining valuable experience at a leading medical center in Seattle. His expertise lies in sterile compounding and medication reconciliation, ensuring accurate and safe delivery of medications to patients in critical care units.
Driven by a passion for continuous learning, Dylan completed advanced coursework in pharmacotherapy and healthcare management at the University of Southern California in 2021. This additional training has equipped him with advanced skills in medication therapy management and patient counseling.
